Heather & Aaron {Engagement}

About two weeks ago I had the immense pleasure of photographing Heather & Aaron on the occasion of their engagement! Heather was one of the first friends I made after moving to California about 15 years ago. We've been through a lot and have remained friends as close as sisters. I was more than thrilled when I got the news from her of her engagement to Aaron Gray. I was able to meet him at her college graduation (before they were courting) and thought he was such a good friend to her (and also had my suspicions of possibly something more than friendship brewing, hehe) We decided to take the session downtown first at the capitol and then in old town Sacramento. They were so easy to photograph, I certainly didn't have to ask them to smile once! ;) I couldn't stop smiling while editing their images, you can really just feel the love between them!
